You can either select cards individually by clicking on them one-by-one or by selecting an entire row of cards by clicking on the “Select Row” button. After a card is selected, the colour changes to orange from grey.

Playing the Game
After you buy cards for a bingo game at Bingo Cafe, you will then wait for the game to commence. You can monitor how much time remains until the game starts by checking the “Next Game” countdown, which can be seen on the left side of the Bingo Cafe game interface.
